Forms
Before your child's first day at the Little Red Wagon Daycare, please take the opportunity to download and fill out the following forms so that we can spend less time on administrative blah blah blah and more time on the important stuff like getting to know your child. This helps to ease the transition on that first day. The following forms are required to be filled out (and if necessary signed) before we begin care for your child. This includes any drop-in care, as noted above.
In some cases, there are two versions: MS Word and PDF. The MS Word version allows you to fill out the form electronically, save and print. If you are unable to download the Word version, use the PDF version, print it and fill out manually.
The following forms are to be filled out and signed. Please keep a copy for your records and bring us a signed copy:

It can take a lot of time to find just the right childcare situation. We do not require you to sign a contract right away nor do we require a deposit. In fact, we prefer to have you try us out first, devise a workable transition schedule so that your child feels comfortable and so that we can all be certain that this is a good fit for your family and for the rest of the members at The Little Red Wagon. Feel free to call and schedule an appointment to visit us during daycare hours, if your schedule permits, so that you can get a realistic glimpse of our environment and how we interact with the children.
Drop-in hours can save the day (and keep you sane!)
Non-working or parents working from home need childcare too! How often do you try to schedule a doctor's appointment but can't find available childcare? What about needing to do that marathon shopping session in preparation for your child's upcoming birthday party but you don't want to drag your toddler along during her naptime?
We offer drop-in daycare when slots open up during the week. Our families go on vacation or kids get sick which leaves slots available in our schedule. When these spaces become available, we will email our 'drop-in' families and the spots will be given to families on a first-come-first-served basis. In order to get into our drop-in pool, you must already have made an appointment for us to meet you and your child. Also, we have many forms (required for a licensed daycare) to be on file in order for us to provide care.
